2.   Niet vrij beschikbaar voor commerciële gebruikers

Onder commercieel gebruik wordt verstaan het gebruik van het certificatieschema van Stichting Weidegang, en bijbehorende documenten en instrumenten met het doel daar een meerwaarde mee te creëren voor de persoon of organisatie die hiervan gebruik maakt, met uitzondering van het vermelde onder 1. Die nichtgewerbliche Nutzung des Zertifizierungsschema der Stichting Weidegang und der zugehörigen Dokumente und Instrumente bedeutet jede andere Nutzung als unter 1. beschrieben. Dabei kann es sich um die persönliche Nutzung (Information/Wissen), die Nutzung durch Informationsorganisationen sowie um Bildung und (Selbst-)Studium handeln.

2.   Nicht frei verfügbar für gewerbliche Nutzer

Unter gewerblicher Nutzung ist die Verwendung des Zertifizierungsschemas der Stichting Weidegang und der zugehörigen Dokumente und Instrumente zu verstehen, um einen Mehrwert für die Person oder Organisation zu schaffen, mit Ausnahme von Punkt 1. Dieser Mehrwert kann in finanzieller Hinsicht, aber auch in anderer Hinsicht, wie etwa im Image, definiert werden. Bitte wenden Sie sich für weitere Informationen an die Stichting Weidegang.

3.   Urheberrechte
